Insurance: Trip Insurance is available to cover cancellations, health and accident, baggage, and in some cases even price protection. We recommend these, as you never know what could happen. Call or e-mail us if you would like to add this protection. Coverage must be added within 14 days of initial purchase to cover pre-existing conditions. The insurance available can cover both your ground and air packages.
TRIP INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS BEYOND THE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.

Cancellation by Client: If you should cancel your trip, your rights to a refund are limited as set forth below for the land portion of your trip.
Any cancelled reservation is subject to $125 per person nonrefundable deposit or 5% of the payments made, whichever is higher.
All “No Show” or early departure reservations are non-refundable.
Cancellations prior to 125 days are refundable minus $125 per person or 5% of the payments made, whichever is higher.
Cancellations made between 96 and 124 days before arrival are subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 52 and 95 days before arrival are subject to a 66% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 0 and 51 days are non refundable.
These charges are in addition to the charges made by the airlines, other hotels or resorts, car rental companies, or other places we may have purchased travel related services from for you on this trip. Airline tickets purchased for you are normally non-refundable. You should assume all payments made are non-refundable, unless we tell you otherwise.
Late Final Payments:
If payment is not made by due date the trip may be cancelled without a refund of the deposit at the discretion of Tom’sTrips.
If payment is made up to 5 days late the reservation will incur a $50 late payment fee
If payment is made between 5 and 30 days late the reservation will incur a $100 late payment fee
If payment is made more than 30 days late the reservation will incur a $150 late payment fee
Changes: When allowed by the vendor we buy from (such as an airline, car rental, hotel, etc.), changes are subject to a$50 fee. These charges are in addition to the charges made by the airlines, hotels, resorts, car rental companies, or other places from which we may purchase travel-related services. They each have their own rules and charges and some will not allow this at all.
Terms of Service: By submitting this payment, I/we represent that I, and each person on this form has read and agree the terms and event rules and cancellation policy, and agree to the release and waiver, and further that: I/We understand that participation in group activities that occur at Hedonism II may be dangerous and could cause permanent injuries or death, and that I/we will not hold Hedonism II, Tom’s Trips, or any of their owners, managers, representatives, employees,volunteers, presenters, or any event organizers or staff liable or responsible for any injuries incurred at the resort or during the event or any event activities.
I/we understand that there cannot be any refunds outside of the cancellation policy above and further that I have been offered the opportunity to purchase cancellation protection from Hedonism II and/or the opportunity to purchase Travel Insurance.
I/we submit and affirm that neither of us have ever been declared by a court to be a sex offender or convicted of a sex crime, human trafficking or are banned from any other alternative lifestyle group, and I consent to a background check to confirm this. I/we further submit that we will not engage in human trafficking and if witness to human trafficking I/we will report it to the local authorities.
I/we understand that Tom’s Tours, LLC is responsible to you, our client, in making travel arrangements as contracted.However, in the absence of negligence on its part, Tom’s Tours is not responsible for personal injury or property damage caused by any airline carrier, hotel or other supplier of services being offered in the tour package, flight delays incurred due to mechanical difficulties or weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control, including routing changes airline bankruptcy and/or changes in the type of aircraft operated and the type of rooms assigned. The sole extent of Tom’s Tours Liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you to Tom’s Tours.All discounts, free nights, vouchers and bonus programs offered by the resort are at the discretion of the resort. Tom’s Trips is not responsible for any changes in programs or denial/changes/elimination of offers.
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON
Purchase Cancel For Any Reason Waiver within 7 days of your initial deposit. Once your trip is paid in full, you will be allowed to cancel or change your hotel arrangements up to the day before departure for any reason.With this Cancellation Waiver, the total value of your hotel stay will be refunded in the form of a future travel certificate and will be valid for a period of one year from the date of your original planned stay. This Cancellation Waiver does NOT cover flights, lost baggage, trip interruption or any optional activities such as sightseeing, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees and extras. The Cancellation Waiver only covers the cost of your hotel stay.Please Note: The Cancel For Any Reason Waiver may not be purchased after you have made your final payment for your Trip. This Cancellation Waiver Benefit is provided by Hedonism II and is not an insurance benefit.”

Transfers are non refundable.
We work with Sun Holidays and they will take you to and from Hedo.
Below you will find the instructions for the transfers.
- Check in at the Sun holiday Travel and Tours desk at the airport. The Sun holiday Travel and Tours desk is located in the arrival lobby at the airport (desk # 5). The desk will be visible to you once you exit the customs area.
- A Sun holiday Rep. will check your names against the list of names for transfer (we provide your names to them showing you are confirmed).
- A Sun holiday Rep. will issue a Transfer Voucher to you. This voucher will contain the following details: your names,hotel, number of luggage being transported to the hotel, contact information for Sun holiday Travel and Tours and the departure details for pick-up. CHECK OVER THE DEPARTURE INFO AND MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT!!!!
- You are required to keep the Sun holiday voucher and present it to the driver for transfer to the hotel.
- A Sun holiday Rep. will escort you to the bus where you will be introduced to your driver and board the bus.
- Both you and your luggage will be transported to Hedonism in Negril.
- A Sun holiday Travel and Tours bus will arrive at the hotel at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick up.
- You will hand your Sun holiday voucher to the Sun holiday driver. This voucher will be checked against the departure list.
- You will be transported from the hotel to the airport.
