Terms and Conditions

Passports: All persons are responsible to have a Passport and or any other documents required for entry into foreign country(s) and back to the country of origin.

Insurance: Trip Insurance is available to cover cancellations, health and accident, baggage, and in some cases even price protection. We recommend these, as you never know what could happen. Call or e-mail us if you would like to add this protection. Coverage must be added within 14 days of initial purchase to cover pre-existing conditions. The insurance available can cover both your ground and air packages.  TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED AS LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Deposit requirements are $250.00 per person at time of reservation.

Most Group Final payments are due 90 days prior to the group arrival date.

Non Group final payments are due 75 days prior to your arrival date.

Cruise Payments are due as follows:

  • $250 Per Person Deposit at time of booking
  • 1/2 of remaining balance due 12 months before travel
  • Payment in full 6 months prior to traveling

Cancellation by Client: If you should cancel your trip, your rights to a refund are limited as set forth below.

Any canceled reservation is subject to 5% credit card processing fee.

All “No Show” or early departure reservations are non-refundable

Cancellations prior to 100 days are refundable up minus the 5% credit card processing fee

Cancellations within 100 days are non Refundable.

These charges are in addition to the charges made by the airlines, other hotels or resorts, car rental companies, or other places we may have purchased travel related services from for you on this trip. Airline tickets purchased for you, for example, normally are non-refundable. You should assume all Payments made are non-refundable, unless we tell you otherwise.

Late Final Payments: Late or no payments of final amounts after a deposit is made may result in the cancellation of your trip without refund of your deposit.

I agree to receive periodic e-mails regarding Tom’s Trips events and special promotions.

Name Changes: When allowed by the vendor we buy from (such as an airline, car rental, hotel, etc.), name changes are charged $25 per name. These charges are in addition to the charges made by the airlines, hotels, resorts, car rental companies, or other places from which we may purchase travel-related services. They each have there own rules and charges and some will not allow this at all.

Responsibility: Tom’s Tours is responsible to you, our client, in making travel arrangements as contracted. However, in the absence of negligence on its part, Tom’s Tours is not responsible for personal injury or property damage caused by any airline carrier, hotel or other supplier of services being offered in the tour package, flight delays incurred due to mechanical difficulties or weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control, including routing changes airline bankruptcy and/or changes in the type of aircraft operated and the type of rooms assigned. The sole extent of Tom’s Tours Liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you to Tom’s Tours.
