What is available – Tom’s Trips offers two options for Travel Insurance:

The first option is Travel Guard which you purchase yourself through the link below.  You can purchase insurance for land, air or both.

Build Your Own Plan.  You can put together an individual plan customized to your specific needs through America’s Leading Travel Insurer.

The second option is the Hedonism Plan (U.S. Residents Only).

If you are traveling to Hedonism II, there is a special plan available to you through SuperClubs (Hedonism’s Parent Company).

Travel Insurance may be purchased from your Tom’s Trips agent at an additional cost of:

Land Only: $64 per person

Coverage includes:

  • Trip Cancellation and Interruption – Full Tour Cost (ground only)
  • Travel Delay (US$100 maximum per day) – $500
  • Baggage & Travel Documents – $1000
  • Baggage Delay – $100
  • Medical Expense – $10,000
  • Emergency Medical Transportation – $50,000
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (Common Carrier)* – $100,000
  • TRAVEL GUARD Assistance INCLUDED

NOTE:

  • Insurance is non-refundable.
  • Full cost of insurance MUST be 90 days before departure or at time of booking for reservations taken within 90 days of travel.
  • This program provides coverage for all passengers who book through SuperClubs.
  • Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption coverage will be based on named peril wording.
