High-end cannabis makes its way to Jamaica’s west coast

NEGRIL, JAMAICA – Hedonism II, a pioneer in Jamaica’s hospitality industry, is thrilled to welcome Hedo Weedo, the island’s first resort-based medicinal dispensary. Independently owned and operated, Hedo Weedo, is located within Hedonism II, but not part of the all-inclusive experience.

Hedo Weedo clients, which may include but is not limited to Hedonism II resort guests, will enjoy a unique, world-class dispensary experience that far exceeds the expectations of novice and experienced medicinal cannabis users alike. Its mission is to promote the wellbeing of its customers by providing expert, personalized service, while offering a safe and comfortable environment to enjoy top quality Jamaican cannabis.

Affiliated with the longest running dispensary on Denver’s famous Green Mile,

Hedo Weedo specializes in high-end craft cannabis with products ranging from joints to flowers to oils, all locally cultivated by licensed farmers. Operating under and in compliance with Jamaica’s cannabis laws, a medical card is required to buy. Guests may obtain a card through the on-site doctor, a registered physician in Jamaica, or bring one from their home country. Persons may only possess up to 2 oz. at a time and purchases will be tracked by a POS system, down to the 0.01 of a gram.

The dispensary is open daily from 11am-11pm and is cash only. While smoking is permitted in designed areas throughout the resort, all rooms and suites will remain non-smoking. A HedoWeedo Therapeutic Spa is also in the works and will debut in the coming months offering cannabis based massage treatments.

Tom and Bunny Survive the 7.7 Earthquake while at Hedonism II resort in Jamaica 2020

Tom’s Trips very own Tom and Bunny were on site at Hedonism when the 7.7 earthquake hit some 70 miles away in the ocean and give their recount of their real experiences of this very serious event that never happens in Jamaica.

TomandBunny make you feel like you were right there with them as they take you from feeling the actual quake in their room to talking to people in the Nude pool about the possibilities of a Tsunami coming in and explain how fear broke out when the entire resort and staff were running from the beach to the lobby. As they make light of the situation, they do remind us that the situation was very real and the fear was also very real.

Toms Trips has Gone Green

With all the craze of everyone protecting the environment including many of the resorts, Tom’s Trips has officially taken the steps to “Go Green” starting January 2019

We are giving our members items to use and re-use around the resort that helps cut the constant usage such as plastic straws, and we are moving to a paperless company with emailed invoices and receipts, giving away items that help the environment such as bamboo tooth brushes, re-usable water bottle as well as our very own Toms Trips exclusive Travel App for our members to know what is going on during their stay with us at Hedonism Resort or any other resort around the world, meet people, exchange phone numbers, email , share photos and chat in community settings all without using paper to write things down. We have also switched our printing out daily schedules to put at our desk to our dry erase board where we change the events for each day.
